Shipping policy
At My ZOO Box, we aim to keep shipping simple and reliable.
Subscription Box Shipping
Subscription boxes typically ship during the first two weeks of each month. Because these boxes are prepared in batches, shipping dates may vary slightly from month to month.
Shop Orders
For shop orders, we do our best to process and ship in-stock items within 5 business days.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You may also be able to check your order status through your customer account.
Delivery Estimates
Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. My ZOO Box is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the reshipping cost.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control. If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first contact the shipping carrier.
