How do I cancel or pause?
Monthly plans can be skipped or canceled anytime. Commitment Clubs, meaning our quarterly and annual plans, run their full term, but you can turn off auto-renewal whenever you like and the club simply ends after its last box.
To cancel:
- Log in to your account
- Click Manage Subscriptions
- Open the Subscriptions tab
- Select the subscription you want to manage
- Scroll to the bottom and click Cancel Subscription
- Go through the confirmation process
To pause, or to switch to every other month, email support@myzoobox.com and the team will set it up.
How do Sibling Packs work?
A Sibling Pack ships inside your monthly box and adds an extra stuffed animal friend, craft, sticker, and surprise, so siblings can join the same EDventure without a second subscription. One pack is perfect for 2 kids, two packs for 3 kids.
Which club is right for my child?
If your child isn't reading yet or needs letter reinforcement, start with Cub Club (ages 3–5). If your child is reading, choose Zoologist Club (ages 5–12) for deeper science and anatomy, and add the Easy Reader for newer readers.
