My ZOO Box is a monthly animal-science subscription for kids ages 3–12. Each box features a new animal and mixes real zoology, hands-on projects, and playful extras so kids can explore the wild from home.
Yes! You can start with a monthly plan and change it anytime—pause, skip, or cancel to fit your family’s season. Prefer to try things first? We also offer one-time boxes and digital unit studies, so you can jump into a single animal adventure without committing to a subscription.
Cub Club blends animal science with early childhood learning so preschoolers build real skills through play. Each month, children explore how animals live, move, eat, and stay safe while discovering habitats, seasons, and simple survival concepts. Through stories, guided play, and hands-on sensory projects, they strengthen early literacy skills like vocabulary, storytelling, sequencing, and listening comprehension. Math concepts are woven in naturally as kids practice counting, patterns, comparing sizes, sorting animals and habitats, and solving simple problems with materials they can touch and explore. Projects often involve building small structures like nests or tunnels, which grow spatial reasoning, fine motor strength, and early engineering skills. Everything is designed to nurture curiosity while supporting preschool readiness, confidence, imagination, and empathy for animals.
Zoologist Club transforms kids into young scientists, using each month’s featured animal to teach authentic zoology, anatomy, ecology, and conservation. Children learn how creatures survive, adapt, and thrive by examining body structures, behaviors, food webs, habitats, and climate. STEM builds and experiments let them model real animal features—like wings, claws, burrows, and blubber—while practicing prediction, testing, observation, and critical thinking. Rich fact cards, maps, and diagrams help kids develop research skills and a deeper understanding of global geography and biodiversity. Conservation missions connect learning to real-world impact, encouraging responsibility and empathy for wildlife. The experience is designed to help kids think scientifically, explore creatively, and understand their place in the natural world.
Many families do! One box can be shared, but if your kids prefer their own projects and animal ambassador, you may want to add a sibling pack to your subscription. See what’s included in a sibling pack →
