Questions, answered

When will the first box arrive?

Order by the end of October and the first Adventure ships in the first two weeks of November. The next two follow one a month after that.

Does the gift renew?

No. The 3-month gift is one payment for three Adventures and then it ends, so there is nothing for anyone to cancel. The Quarterly Club is the one that keeps going every 3 months until you turn it off.

Can I send it to someone else?

Yes. Enter the child's name and address at checkout and every box ships straight to them, free.

Which club should I pick?

Cub Club is made for ages 3 to 5 and Zoologist Club for ages 5 to 12. Each club has its own three animals and its own activities.

Can two kids share it?

Yes. Add a Sibling Pack from your cart and a second child gets their own set of the hands-on pieces each month.

Can I use code FREEBOX here?

FREEBOX is for the 6 and 12 month plans (first box free for first-time subscribers, just pay shipping), so it does not apply to the 3-month gift or the Quarterly Club.
